This is my first Throwback Thursday post. My allergies have definitely taken control over my head and chest. Not only can I not think, well I can't really breath all that well either...needless to say, I'm about as useless as ants at a picnic right now.
I was thinking today I would take you back to my very first Thursday Post, it's all about why I started this blog and continue to do so today.
The look of the blog has changed some over the last two years, but not much has changed. I still log my journey. My upds and definitely my downs, but staying dedicated to being healthier than I was.
