Breaker of Chains Workout

Storm born to the Iron Throne, it's no lie that Emilia Clark has been slaying it for the last 8 seasons on Game of Thrones. While admittedly, I was hoping for a happy ending between her, Jon and the rest of Westeros, it doesn't look like that's in the cards this Sunday. Whether you love her as the queen or not there's no doubt that Emilia Clarke is one tough chick.

Having battled back against two brain aneurysms it did make me wonder what type of exercise is safe for someone with recurrent aneurysms. Check out live strong for guidelines that need to be followed (obviously please follow your doctor's recommendations, but here is a very general overview.)

Superhero Jacked follows a more routine workout for the mother of all workouts. 3 days of lifting, each day separated by muscle groups, legs, back, arms/chest. 2 days of activities such as kickboxing, Tabata, hiking, tennis, sports, etc.

First, before you begin any warm you need some dynamic stretching which warms the muscles and gets the blood flowing.
