Persistence

You know that saying 'if you're going through hell, keep going'?
The same goes for pursuing your health goals. Its going to suck. You're going to hate it. When you purge your body of the impurities through clean eating. Your body is going to hurt, be sore. You'll be tired and want to give up. But unless you puke, faint, or die, keep going!
You will never how strong you are unless you push past your limits. You'll find your limits as you progress, but as soon as your recognize them. Kick them in the face, and knock those limits down.
(At this point I'm just going to throw in a disclaimer of seeing a doctor before you actually die from a workout. Especially if you have a debilitating disorder that prevents you from going beast mode at the gym via a heart condition or something. Yeah...go get that checked first. Then...THEN WE WILL CONQUER ALL)

Romans 5:3-4 NLT

We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation.

Go build that endurance. Push past those limits. You will become stronger, more confident. You can do this. I know you can.
