I'm currently marathoning the Hobbit today. It's the first Sunday in a LONG, LONG time where I've just been able to relax. REALLY relax. I got a great mini Murph in with Iron Woman. Then came home to clean my house and actually Meal Prep for the Day/Week. Exercise Tuesday: Madam Secretary

I hope everyone had a safe, happy, and relaxing Turkey day. The man and I were blessed to be able to see both of our families and enjoy some good food in the process. There was a lot of food, so I ended up coming home with all of my sides that I brought. Not a bad thing. I was taken out a few weeks ago by a head cold...or allergies. It's hard to tell this time of year. Today I am at home resting on the couch with an upset stomach. I don't yet know if I somehow got some cross-contaminated gluten food or if I have a tummy bug. Right now only time will tell. I think most of you know my LOVE for television shows, mainly Supernatural, Walking Dead, The Handmaids Tale, and I've added to my ridiculous length of shows with Prodigal Son, Stumptown, A Million Little Things, Emergence, and finally to round it out the Rookie. PCOS Awareness Month

I had a great time on the farm this past weekend. It was exactly what my soul needed, but I'll post more on that tomorrow. Today, I want to do my first PCOS awareness post of the month! September is PCOS awareness month . PCOS stands for Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome. It's a range of symptoms that affect each of us differently. Including but not limited to irregular menstrual cycles, regular menstrual cycles without ovulation, insulin resistance; infertility, acne, sometimes actual cysts on the ovaries. Tiredness, moodiness, hard to lose weight, hair loss, or over growth of hair. ( PCOS CHALLENGE ) I was officially diagnosed with PCOS in April 2013. I had long since suspected I had it, as being in the health care field at the time, information was more readily available to me.
