short and sweet post

I'll post more tomorrow. I had to work 9a-9p today. Just got done eating dinner not to long ago.
I have an amazing quinoa bowl recipe I'll share with you tomorrow! Its yummy. A lot like the Chipotle bowl I order.
Its gluten free and on the low GI scale.
I'm getting more nervous about the duatholon on Sunday, but... I just need to keep in mind my favorite verse.
