Paleo Easter Roundup

Most mornings after reading my daily devotionals & saying my prayers, I hop out of bed & start my day. Then some days, I just enjoy taking my time, soaking up the chirping of the birds, the sound of rain. I do this by checking checking my emails, and looking at Pinterest...where the ideas come from.

I realized this morning that Easter is only a week and a half away! I need to start thinking what I'm going to make! After spending some time cruising the inter-webs I think I have a game plan!

Breakfast: I'm going to revisit my bunny egg bowl...unfortunately the pictures don't pop up in my original post but here is the gist from Worthy Pining

The bunny bowl plus one of two cinnamon roll recipes, and these not only sound easy to make, but look and sound incredibly delicious. One from Undressed Skeleton and the other from Urban Poser

GET IN MY BELLY!!! Don't those look amazing?

For after lunch or dinner I would love to make this amazing cake, also from Urban Poser.

For protein packed clean eating snacks I am thinking of going with guacamole deviled eggs from Just a Pinch...

And as a side for one or both family events this year I'm either going to make garlic and dill vegetables, or asparagus with bacon and shallots

OR even a skewered fruit basket! Doesn't this look cute? from P is for Party

Then there is also this easy yet awesome idea, from my whole food life. Copycat reese's peanut butter eggs!

I'm getting hungry just thinking about all of these! One things for sure, I won't have time to make all of these, I'm going to have to narrow it down a bit.
The last two days even though I haven't had major sugar cravings I've been in the mood to bake! I'm going to see if I can pull up one of the cookie recipes from balanced bites for the sugar detox cookies. I can't find them on her website, but I know there is a recipe for cookies in her book...

I really need to stop dreaming of food & get to the gym!!

Blessings Everyone, have a Hop-py Tuesday! (Definitely Easter on the brain.)
