I feel like this post accurately describes my life. It's been almost a month since my last decent workout. A week before the Murph.
Okay, so maybe it's only been two weeks but between a trip to the farm plus an entire weekend with my family, and all the walking I've been doing, I don't feel guilty. I think I need to start back slow. Tomorrow I plan to start with a low impact weight session. Just 5lbs.
