Getting Back on Track

I'm still having a hard time getting back on track with my diet. I'm mindful of my carbs but not completely aware of EVERY single one, which I used to be. I've done this before...time and again. It's bad but I do have to get used to not eating anything and everything.

I headed over to the Lemon Bowl for some great tips on getting back on track...basically meaning, for me, keeping my snacking to the weekends. Sticking to two fruits a day, and drinking more water!
