Decision Made

I decided yesterday...(maybe today?) that I didn't want to weigh myself anytime soon. I just decided to put my goal weight into my fitness pal app and recalculated my goals for that number. Even though I don't officially know. 5 whole days without the scale and I'm telling you, I'm feeling great.

I had a 4mile run of hills this morning. While I'm still not at my peak time, I feel empowered, and I can mentally get through these runs. Overall I'm feeling good about tossing the scale.
