Thank you for your patience

I think things are starting to settle down to the new normal. It was a rough week last week, but we thank you for your thoughts and prayers.

I stress ate all last week, all kinds of dairy, and I'm sure some of it had soy in it. I stayed away from gluten. Wish I would have ate a LOT LESS dairy. My face was so broken out. This week I'm mostly back on track. Back to allergen friendly food, and sticking to some Paleo food.

I haven't weighed myself or tracked my food but I feel like I'm doing pretty well.  Just check out Myth #3 as to why I'm not too worried about it.

Sorry to keep it short, but I do promise to start posting again with more regularity.
