Rest and Recovery Success

Two days of almost pain free feet, I think my rest and recovery plan is working. 3 straight days of wearing nothing but my running shoes. I don't think that's what you're supposed to do with your shoes, but if it makes my feet feel better, why not?

And maybe I'll get a new pair of running shoes out of the deal ;)

I went for a two mile run today, hills, and minor speed work. It felt good. My legs felt rested. My knees hurt still some recovery to do there, but it's getting better.
