It's my first weekly menu planning post in ages! Rather than a big intro I'm just going to hop right into it.
Breakfast- PCOS Breakfast Cookies
#2-RX Protein Bars or a Vegan Protein Shake
#3- For me - Egg Plant Parmesan, Salsa Chicken, Pasta & Chicken (Just gluten free noodles plus sugar free sauce and shredded chicken), Pork Sausage Meatballs with vegetables
For the Man - Salsa Chicken, Meatballs, Homemade mashed potato bowl (Shredded crockpot chicken, corn, cheese, and diced potatoes), Chicken Wings
#4- Hard Boiled Egg Whites + almonds + baby carrots, Chicken & Carrot noodles with peanut sauce, protein shake
#5- Taco Salad, Pork Chops, Burger salad, Grilled steak, Breakfast of some sort, Pork Sausage burgers (I'll try to post the recipe for this later), Pork Roast
