Super Set to Super Legs

I'm working on my post about taking on my own advice for my Wordy Wednesday slot. For today I have a short post lined up but I really wanted to share it!

I discovered this new workout on Pinterest through the Body Building website.

This one is a doozy though. Take it easy if you aren't used to super sets. I had a hard time with this one last week. My hamstrings sung all last week with soreness. I took it down a notch this week but it was still a great sweaty workout.

If you check out the website there's a video attached that explains exactly what each exercise is and how to do it.
Don't be afraid to try something new! Especially lifting. It doesn't even have to be heavy.
