If you watch anything on the internet this week, let it be this. An inpsiring story of a woman who didn't start running until her late 50's all the way through until her early 80's. It is a bit of a tearjerker, it pulled at my heart strings as well. It's so worth the watch, I promise. I found it over at the New Jock.
I love that she read this passage to herself every morning. It's incredibly inspiring. Something I like to think of often when I run are bible verses but hardly ever this one. What an incredibly story.
