I'm a huge fan of combining workouts with TV watching. Mostly because television is my favorite escapism. That, and I am also one of those people who like watch a show but keep my hands busy. Whether through playing a simple solitaire game on my computer or a silly game on my phone, or making a meal. Plus it's a great way to sneak in a workout if you don't want to leave the house, haha! Introverts unite! Just in our own homes, away from everyone.
There are only 6 episodes for the final season of Game of Thrones and I figure what better way to get pumped than to pump you up?
I have rounded up 6 workouts from all of the internet to bring some full body, cardio, heart stopping workouts in Today's exercise Tuesday.
Enjoy!
For the first two workouts, complete as many exercises but remember to pause and take a breath or grab a drink of water when needed.
Level: Beginner
Equipment: None!
Seasons: ALL SEASONS
Level: Beginner
Equipment: None!
Seasons: 1-4
Level: Medium/Advanced All exercises, aside from the tuck jumps, should be fairly easy to complete. Take care when needed but try to push yourself during this round.
Equipment: None
Seasons: 1-4
This one from Men's Health is focused on the upper body, but does include a quick video on how to perform each exercise. PHOTOS BY BRANDON LOVING.
Level: Workout A: Beginner
Equipment: Dumbbells and/or resistance bands
Seasons: All of them!
Level: Workout B: Advanced/Expert
Equipment: Dumbbells and/or resistance bands, pull-up if performing chin ups
Seasons: All of them!
This one would be a little harder to accomplish at home unless you have a pull up bar, but you can modify but using a resist band.
Modified Resist Band: This would be optional to performing the Chin Up's with a pull-up bar.
This next one is not for the faint of heart.
Level: Expert
Equipment: None
Season: 1-6
Level: Expert.
Equipment: A towel
Season: 7
This one is brought to you by Reebok Trainer, Emily Schromm. This one looks bananas, you you'll need a base level of having good balance and stabilization to perform this last workout.
To get caught up, re-watch, or binge, get seasons 1-7 now!
Enjoy!! Blessings,
A
