Jon Snow Workout

Hi friends!! I am FINALLY back from vacation! We had a great time. It was incredibly relaxing to walk through literal mountains, streams, and forests. It was nice to catch up with friends and eat tons of tasty food.

Anyway, I know what you're all really here for 😉

This workout routine comes from the website Superhero Jacked, They cover the known diet and workout routines pieced together from various interviews the actors have given over the years. In this particular post, they talk about two roles that Kit Harrington was preparing them for. I have to be honest I hadn't heard of Pompeii, but it sounds romantic and thrilling.

Kit started off bulking for a role by eating 5,000 calories a day but restricted his carbs healthy choices such as sweet potatoes and brown rice. Then when he was 'cutting' (aka losing fat but keeping muscle tone) he restricted calories to 1,800 per day. Kit Harrington's trainer for Game of Thrones also talked about the importance of recovery from these intense full body workouts, using tools such as massage and yoga!

Mike at Superhero Jacked writes to train like Kit Harrington you only need 3-5 workouts a week, which leaves room for recovery. If you go for the 5-day routine you will work your entire body! However it does include two days of yoga after the full body workout, you can also switch it up and separate out the full body circuit for a few days then 1 yoga session, the rest of the circuits then one last day of yoga.

The routine also talks about the importance of a healthy diet! You can't out exercise a bad diet. Check out the website above, by clicking on Superhero Jacked where they also include a free PDF download of the routine.

Don't forget, the night is dark and full of terrors. Before you run off with a Wildling makes sure you can take on your enemies with your Jon Snow approved workout.

Alright everyone...here's the deal...SUNDAY is the LAST EPISODE OF GAME OF THRONES EVER. EVER!!
Tomorrow I will be back with an Arya themed workout. Through the rest of the week, you can expect even more Game of Thrones info, obsessions, and health-related posts!
Blessings,
A
