Workout of the Week

On Wednesday (last week) I did this killer workout from Fitnessblender...Holy Boy was it amazing. Not recommended for everyone.

Check with your doctor to see if you are fit for certain types of physical activity before beginning a workout regime.

This workout is so intense the guy doing the video had to take a few breaks himself. But he kept saying don't give up. It made it all the more real. I was able to push through because I watched him push through. Telling myself I can do this, I can do this. 
It was worth it. 

Find what moves you and keep going.
